LEGGY SUCCULENTS

Some of the best surprises come from those plants we leave alone to do their own thing. This succulent has sprouted right up through the pebble rocks left in this planter. Most succulents will grow taller or lengthy like this as they look for brighter light conditions. I don’t mind its leggy growing phase and the little leaves that have been plucked off to propagate. Succulents require very little care or green thumb expertise. They truly are the easiest plants for beginners. I am 95% certain this is an Echeveria of some sort and that a plant expert will comment below to correct me or add the details of the species. What is your favorite plant growing mishap that makes you happy?
