When the holidays are over and a fresh new year rushes in I think paint. Painting walls in vibrant, fresh, and bright colors to lighten up the space an welcome the approaching Spring.
Growing up, there was bedroom at the top of the stairs that was painted in the most saturated pink hue. This room was my favorite spot in the whole house. Perhaps that is the very reason I fell in love with Kimberly Stweards bedroom designed by Marcus Hay. Color is meant to be used on walls. It is fun and energetic and instantly makes a statement.
